Community Partnerships

Gallery at the Ave + Komatsu

This collaboration between the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design and Komatsu is spearheaded through MIAD Gallery at The Ave. Located on 301 West Wisconsin Ave, at the 3rd St. Market Hall, our mission is to inspire our community by making art and design work accessible to all, and to support student and alumni careers by providing professional opportunities.

The gallery will provide a supportive space for MIAD students, alumni, faculty, and staff to show and sell their work in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. Opening in April 2023, the gallery will hold both exhibitions and a rotating inventory of artwork, crafted goods, and more.
