M3 Insurance Call for Artwork

MIAD Gallery at The Ave invites submissions for an artwork installation at M3 Insurance’s offices in Wauwatosa, WI. This is a paid opportunity to showcase the work of MIAD students, faculty, staff, and alumni for one year. MIAD has a long-standing community partnership with M3, including representation on the college’s board. Selected artworks will be displayed at M3’s offices from May 2025 to May 2026. M3 employees will have the opportunity to purchase pieces during the loan period, with sales facilitated by MIAD Gallery at The Ave on a 60/40 split in favor of the artist. Artists previously participating in this opportunity are encouraged to submit new or different work.
In addition to potential sales, artists will receive a stipend of $665 for two selected works or $1000 for three, as determined by the selection committee. Selected artists must provide a minimum of two works.
The application deadline is Friday, April 25 at 11:59 p.m. Applicants will be notified by May 9, 2025. Selected artwork must be dropped off on campus between May 14 – May 17 to be included in the installation.
