Culture Starters: Emerging from Quarantine
Culture Starters includes work that straddles two distinct binaries that emerged from the pandemic: 1) a shift in creative practice to include emerging technologies and the digital world or 2) a return to analog/tactile processes, the handmade, and homesteading. Within these methods of making, the exhibition features creatives that conceptually explores practices rooted to culture— represented here as both a noun (way of, or reflection of, life) and a verb (to cultivate or grow).
On View: 3/28 – 6/22
Reception on Thursday, April 4 from 5-8pm
